Believes he had 100 mph wind last winter; neighbors lost regular buildings; his fabric cover building survived fine (he made his own frame); he had stretched the 9 oz. very tightly when installing and tightened it even more when the severe cold hit. (He was worried he might not have allowed enough for constriction due to cold.) Did not get to apply the spray insulation yet.
